I was very pleased with the experience at the dental office today. I was happy to be able to get a Saturday morning appointment for my daughter. EVERYONE was VERY kind and VERY professional and VERY welcoming. The office is conveniently located on Craig Road. There is lots of off street parking as well. The office was clean and well organized.

I hate going to the dentist because I hate pain and it takes me twice and sometimes even three times as many numbing shots to get numb enough to not feel anything and I absolutely hate that however, I love Craig Ranch Dental (even though I just found out today that my darn dentist moved to another state!!!!) Lynda Torres was my dentist and she was amazing even though I ghosted her for a year after each appointment because I hate pain. (Fr never know what you have until it’s gone) This year is my goal to braces so I need to get all the other work done. My new doc Heidi Kim- poor lady, now has to deal with all my flaking and dental work. She’s really nice though- doesn’t seem as experienced as Torres but I don’t mind being her pet project. Gotta get experience somehow so why not, right? The nurses and reception staff are also really nice and have put up with my constant rescheduling and worries. Shout out to Omar. Craig Ranch Dental Group also has a pretty nice in house payment plan, $25 fee then half down day of appointment, interest free on the rest. I hate dealing with credit cards and whatnot so this was perfect.
